How to place a Justine order online

The Justine Consultant website gives you access to your account so you can browse the digital brochure, build your order and submit it to Justine.

If you're a Justine Consultant in Southern Africa, you can place your customer orders online through the Justine Consultant website.

Once you're appointed and registered, the Consultant website gives you access to your ordering tools, training resources and other information to help you manage your Justine business.

In this guide, we'll show you how to place a Justine order for your customers through your Consultant account.

What you need before placing a Justine order

Before you start, make sure you have:

  • An active Justine Consultant account
  • Your Justine account number and password
  • Your customers' product codes and quantities
  • Any additional products you want to order for your business

If you're a new Consultant, you'll need to register your account before you can log in.

How to place a Justine order online

1. Log in to the Consultant website

Start by logging in to your Consultant account on the Justine website.

2. Select Place an order

Select "Place an order" from the menu or the button on the page. The exact layout can change as Justine updates its digital tools, but it is generally in the menu bar.

3. Select Start my order

This starts a new order.

4. Add your product codes and quantities

Type your product codes and quantities in the spaces provided. The product description will appear automatically. Note the stock availability indicator in the far right column.

Check your product codes carefully, as some offers may have a special bundle offer code.

5. Save and continue

At this point you can save, or scroll to the bottom of the page and select Continue. This will also prompt you to save your order.

6. Demo products

Here you can select any demo offers, or select Continue to move on. You can also enter the codes for demos, brochures and sales aids in the same section as the regular product codes.

7. Your offers

Here you can select any special offers available, or select Continue to move on.

8. Review your saved order

Once you've entered all your customers' products, go through your order carefully. This is one of the most important steps.

Check:

  • Have you included every customer order?
  • Do the product descriptions match the products you intended to order?
  • Are the quantities correct?
  • Does the order total look right?

The prices displayed at this stage are brochure prices. No Consultant discounts have been applied yet.

9. Out-of-stock items

If your order includes out-of-stock or discontinued items, you will be asked to take action before the order can be processed.

Delete any items with a grey dot indicator. You may choose to place items on back order by selecting the wait-for-stock option.

Back-order items are automatically added to the next order you place, provided they are in stock at that time, and are invoiced at the price that applied in the campaign when they were placed on back order.

10. Confirm the delivery address and number of customers

Confirm the delivery address for this order. Your profile's default address is shown, but you may choose another physical address or a collection point. Door deliveries are charged an extra fee.

Enter the number of customers served for this order and select View Subtotal.

11. Submit the order

You're now on the final page before submitting your order, so take a moment to review everything carefully. Don't rush this step.

Once your order has been submitted and accepted, there are limits on making changes or cancelling it. Once an order has been invoiced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

On this page, you'll see:

  • Your price: the amount you pay for each product
  • Customer price: the brochure price your customer pays
  • Your earnings: the difference between your price and the customer price

Further down the page, you'll find your demo products and sales aids listed under items with no discount.

Check the charges to your account. This section shows any administration and delivery fees being added to your account.

Check your final total. At the bottom of the page you'll see the estimated total amount at your Consultant price, with the total brochure price directly below it. If you have a prepaid account, the lower of these two amounts is what you need to pay for the order to be released for invoicing.

Once you've checked all of these details and you're happy with your order, you can submit it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if a customer wants to add something after I've submitted my order?

If your order has not yet been invoiced, you can place another order for the additional products. They will be merged at invoicing. If you're unsure whether you can still order for that campaign, check with your Sales Leader or Justine support.

Once an order has been invoiced, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I save some of my order and submit it later?

Yes. The Consultant website lets you save partial orders. You can log in later in the same campaign to add more product codes and submit the order. These are called pending orders. Pending orders are automatically discarded at the end of the campaign.

What if I enter the wrong product code?

Always check the product description and quantity before submitting your order. If you notice the mistake while you're still building the order, correct it before you submit. If you've already submitted it, don't assume you can change it later – you may need to return the unwanted product.

What if a product my customer wants isn't available?

Don't automatically substitute a different product. Check the current product information and availability first, then let your customer know what options are available. If the product isn't available this campaign, discuss an alternative with your customer before placing the order.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

Your order has been placed when you see the "your order has been submitted" page. You can also view submitted orders under order tracking. SMS notifications to the number on your profile follow, usually within an hour of submitting. If you haven't received any of these, check again as your order may still be pending.

Are there other ways to place my Justine order besides the website?

Yes. Justine Consultants have multiple ordering options, including the JustineON app and SMS ordering.
